Angie Crawford, Jessie, Brier & Bree

The story of this wonderful pack of dogs begins with Angie's amazing Border Collie, Jessie, who is soon to be 15 years old. While Jessie was never interested in agility, Angie owes her passion for training dogs, love of dog sports, and a million other things to this wonderful girl. Jessie is currently enjoying a well earned retirement with Angie's parents, but in her prime excelled in the sport of obedience, enjoyed some freestlye obedience and helped her mom teach puppy socializing classes for many years. She also played an important role in raising and shaping the lives of Angie's other younger dogs. There really aren't enough words to describe how extraordinary she has been or how grateful we are to still be enjoying her spunky character and spirit!

Brier came into the Crawford household as a sweet natured, animated, driven 7 week old ball of fluff. After the premature loss of her first Aussie, Drew, Angie knew she needed a new project quickly and fortunately fate brought her this wonderful boy. Brier and his mom compete in a few sports. In May of 2008 they achieved Brier's Canadian Championship in the breed ring, obtained their first Rally-O title in August 2008, and plan to enter the traditional obedience ring in 2009. Of all of the things that this versatile Aussie gives his heart to, agility is undoubtedly the top of his passions. He has more drive for this sport than anything his mom has experienced. His work ethic is exquisite. This explains why Angie is often left in his dust. He has been a challenge to learn the sport with, but never dull, and through all the ups and downs of training Angie still sees that sweet puppy she brought home in July of 2006. This young boy's agility training and career has just begun and his mom looks forward to seeing what they will be able to accomplish in this field.
On May 30, 2008, Brier's second birthday, Angie and Brier were blessed with the privilege of welcoming his full sister into their life. Bree had a sheltered past with little socialization and quite shy of new people. Her life has changed dramatically since her move to this new pack. Bree now enjoys daily walks and adventures with her mom and big brother and seems excited about her new experiences. She's like a puppy in an adult body, and hands down one of the sweetest, softest dog personalities Angie has ever shared her life with. Angie is positive about Bree's progress and potential and be sure to expect great things from this team when they are seen in the conformation, obedience and agility venues in the future.
