Melissa Noel & Chance, Gamble & Shadow

Melissa began her agility journey in 2002 with her beloved Rottweiler, Ice. Although the duo never made it past starters, they accomplished so much more, he had taught Melissa the meaning of true friendship, and that with some work and determination you can accomplish anything. Ice was the perfect teacher with his patience and devotion he trained his mother well and for that he will always be remembered. With every Q that hangs on the wall Melissa will remember that without him she would not be the handler she is today.

Melissa rescued her Rotti x Shadow in January of 2002. Although she wasn't exactly what her mother was looking for there was no way she could leave her behind. You see it was one of the coldest days that year and Shadow lived outside with no shelter. Unfortunately Shadows agility career was cut short due to a shoulder issue however, she is just as happy to be a team cheerleader.

Then came Chance a border collie X. He was rescued from a shelter in Hampton in 2003. It was obvious from puppy hood Chance was going to be dynamite on and off the field. If you ever seen him on the start line its just like someone lite his fuse. Chance never does anything half way he gives it 110% which is sometimes the teams downfall. Chance currently competes at the advanced level and if nothing else is having the time of his life.

Gamble a Border collie named after one of the games played in agility, joined the family in 2005. He is the team "butterfly". Although he is trapped in a puppy cacoon we are all sure that when he emerges he will become a great agility partner. Gamble has more fun then anything when he is running with his mom and with the help and support he receives from his friends at F.A.S.T Gamble will definitely blossom into an amazing agility dog and make his team proud. So keep your eye out for this little freckled butterfly to make his mark on the agility field.
