Catherine Thomas & Nell
Catherine shares her home with her three dogs Silas, Felix and Nell. She
has been a teacher since 1990 and joined Fundy Agility after making many
friends in the club during her first few agility trials with Nell, her
Belgian Tervuren, in the summer of 2006.
Many members of the club were very kind and supportive during those first few trials and Catherine quickly realized that this was the club for her!
Nell has made the Top AAC dogs list in 2006 and 2007.
In 2007 Nell also won her Division in the NB/PEI Regionals. Nell also
participates and has achieved titles in CKC agility and Tracking.

In addition to her work as a teacher, Catherine enjoy helping people with
their dogs. She offers private in home pet dog training and some small classes at
her home in Charlotte County in the summer months.
Catherine has been very fortunate to study under a number of top dog trainers and continue to go to as many
seminars as possible.
Catherine has been heavily influenced by the work of Suzanne Clothier and Ivan Balabanov. She continues to seek out creative, intelligent trainers to study with and enjoys the challenge of using humane, well
thought out techniques to help dogs and their people to attain greater levels of
mutual understanding.
